Might have been the addition of the Exchanger++ but I can now alpha twice, then use coolant purge and then do it twice more. While it's different than your Crab, I find that the LB20 & 2 Snub-Nosed PPCs is quite good. Owing to its license, it is the only 'official' software for this purpose. The software, developed by designer Rick Raisley and published by RCW Enterprises, assists the creation of custom units and maps for use in the game. I have been leveling up some backup pilots though and have been using my Atlas. HeavyMetal is a series of commercial software titles designed to complement the BattleTech boardgame. My normal lance is 3 Marauders and an Archer (you can see them if you frequent reddit). It's not being flanked that I'm worried about, it's just being overpowered. The reason and very important difference between BSK-M3 and BSK-MAZ that is not mentioned anywhere ingame unless you look specifically at heatsinking of empty mech is - BSK-MAZ has engine DHS, BSK-M3 does not. I fought a Jumping retreat staying in cover and was eventually able to bring them down, but there was a lot of armour that had to be replaced and a decent amount of structural repairs as well. So ive finally bought myself BSK-M3 and TBH i am a bit disappointed. From the trailer, the Bull Shark is a 95-ton assault ‘Mech armed with a Thumper artillery cannon. (which PGI isnt going to model due to the lack of melee) and now the Bullshark (which is both non-canon, and includes an artillery piece that PGI games wouldnt have a place for). The new trailer for BattleTech’s upcoming Heavy Metal expansion just dropped and brought with it the juiciest of new info, starting with a brand new, never-before-seen BattleMech, the Bull Shark. It wasn't turrets, it was a Victor an Orion and 2 Demolishers. There will be more BattleTech DLCs after Heavy Metal There is a ton of content form the BattleTech universe that can be added to the game over (long)time. Ive visited multiple black markets while only seeing mostly atlas, king crab, crab, annihilator, etc models. It was a full Assault lance, of a Battlemaster, Awesome (8T), Banshee (the mean one) and a Cyclops. I was expecting the usual lance of heavies with some assault turrets. I just had a mission where I had to go clear out a factor that the Directorate was operating. Need to get up (or down) a mountain? Get into some cover? Get out of the way of an Assault lance? Jump Jets. I find I just the maneuverability that Jump Jets give.
